The youth Jiu-Jitsu class was fantastic .Great teacher, great energy, kid's had really good attitudes and all worked really hard. I would highly recommend this school.
Stopped in to train here while I was on vacation, this gym is awesome. I received top notch instruction from Butch in Jiu-Jitsu, got some good rolls in and learned some solid, effective techniques. I didn't get a chance to participate in the boxing or wrestling programs but what I saw of them would lead me to believe they are top flight as well. I will definitely stop in here as soon as I get back up to NC.
